Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Field Property Adjuster to travel to customers' homes for on-site inspections, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and efficiently.

You will also handle virtual claims nationwide using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, with a focus on water losses to provide exceptional service.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to carry a 50-pound ladder and access up to a 6/12 pitch on a roof
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and efficiently.
• Handle virtual claims countrywide using platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Focus on water losses to provide the highest level of support and resolution for those claims.
• Communicate with policyholders and other parties to discuss claim needs and progress, using preferred channels.
