Job summary

WOC Energy in Kentucky is seeking a field-based propane service/installation technician to install propane tanks and ensure safety and code compliance.

You will maintain equipment, document service orders, and support delivery operations as needed, while upholding high standards of reliability and customer service. The role requires a Class B CDL, ability to lift 75 lbs, and outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with propane systems or HVAC is preferred.
• Customer-facing role with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install propane tanks in compliance with NFPA and local regulations.
• Maintain CDL credentials and complete required training.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep equipment in good order.
• Submit service orders and billing documentation accurately.
• Document parts used and assist with delivery operations when needed.
• Participate in on-call coverage and respond to customer needs.
