  • Managing procurement schedules, status reporting, material tracking systems, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Ensuring procurement activities comply with company procedures, contractual obligations, project requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with construction and materials management teams to ensure effective receipt, storage, tracking, and deployment of materials at the project site.
  • Supporting project planning and forecasting activities by identifying procurement risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and project stakeholders.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to procurement personnel while supporting workforce development initiatives.
  • Supporting audits, compliance reviews, commercial evaluations, claims support, and project reporting activities.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on procurement efficiency, supply chain performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
