Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Project Support/Coordinator to assist the Project Manager across the full lifecycle, ensuring safety and timely communication between field crews, subcontractors, and clients.

You will help with schedules, budgets, and cost tracking, conduct site visits, and enforce OSHA standards while supporting crew development and adherence to contract scope. This role requires readiness to travel and work onsite.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and DOT health card.
• Experience in utility construction management.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and blueprints.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, budgets, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in all phases from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate activities and ensure timely communication among field crews, subs, and clients.
• Assist with schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety.
• Enforce company, OSHA, and applicable procedures.
• Oversee training and development of crew.
• Understand contract scope including provisions, specs, payment and change clauses.
• Complete administrative docs: safety audits, production reviews, change orders, billing.
• Process invoices, receipts, and fuel charges.
• Review project performance against budget.
• Collaborate with customers to define value-add activities.
• Pursue personal and professional development through trainings.
• Represent company mission, vision, and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
