Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify project risks and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for production teams, clients, and vendors.
• Facilitate team meetings, status reports, and on-site walkthroughs.
• Coordinate and coach crews and subcontractors with clear expectations and support.
• Quality, Safety & Documentation
  • Perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation: safety sheets, project photos, material records.
  • Oversee daily tool/material inventory and ensure site readiness and cleanup.
• Communicate proactively with clients on progress, questions, and next steps.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in construction project management (roofing/exteriors required).
• Must have a valid drivers license
• High School diploma or GED required; OSHA 10 certification mandatory.
• Expertise in roofing and façade systems; multi-scope residential and commercial.
• Strong familiarity with Gantt tools, EagleView, drones, AR layout apps, and digital dashboards.
• Customer-first communicator and strategic thinker with an ownership mindset.
• Able to inspect sites, manage documentation, and maintain project quality independently.

Schedule
