Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead on-site construction projects across telecom, power, water, renewable energy, and data center sectors from Fort Wayne, IN. You will bridge field teams, vendors, clients, and management to ensure projects are executed on time, safely, and in accordance with approved plans.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication to maintain project integrity and stakeholder alignment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and vendor oversight.
• Coordinate field crews, vendors, and management to align with plans and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, drilling practices, and permit requirements.
• Submit daily and project reporting (EOS, damage reports, MOT updates, QA/QC).
• Maintain proactive communication with management and clients; escalate issues when needed.
• Support yard organization and equipment readiness; manage inventory notifications.
