In this role, you will develop project cost reports, oversee pay requests, and mentor staff while championing McCarthy's core values. A bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering and 7+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience on complex commercial, healthcare, industrial, or related construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience with subcontracts and subcontractors preferred.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, owner, architect, and engineers.
• Develop project cost reports and forecasts; oversee pay requests and cost control.
• Partner with Project Superintendent to plan site logistics and manage contracts.
• Lead the project quality process and ensure safety and EEO/affirmative action compliance.
• Assist Estimating in bidding projects and develop close-out procedures.
