Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Environmental Operations Supervisor to lead field crews on industrial, remediation and emergency response projects. You will ensure safety, coordinate resources, manage budgets and maintain client satisfaction on site.

The role requires 10–15+ years of supervisory leadership, a high school diploma, driving record clearance, and familiarity with CRM systems and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10–15+ years of supervisory experience for multiple crews in Environmental, Remediation and/or Industrial Services preferred.
• Driving record that meets company standards and current DMV printout required.
• Knowledge of CRM programs and federal and state environmental regulations.
• Emergency response supervisor training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
• Manage day-to-day activities of field employees for planned projects and Emergency Response activities to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Develop work plans and coordinate with the Dispatcher in the allocation of manpower, equipment and other resources needed.
• Perform job walks to ensure safety protocols are in place and being followed, provide training to field employees and monitor progress and quality of work.
• Plan proactive approaches to overcome challenges or issues that could arise throughout a project or emergency response action.
• Diagnose and solve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate with Operations Manager, Project Manager and customer to ensure contractual obligations are met and change orders are completed/communicated/approved.
• Ensure the execution of the project within the budgeted constraints and completed on time.
• Manage employee performance through guidance, training and discipline if necessary.
• Develop relationships with customer contacts onsite and provide additional service capabilities as needed.
