Bodwé Professional Services Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to support construction and facility engineering operations at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.

This role focuses on hands-on project execution, field coordination, and technical support across all phases of construction and facility improvement efforts. The position involves day-to-day project management, contract compliance, and coordination with government stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction or facility projects.
• Ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management support for assigned construction and facility projects.
• Support the COR and/or senior project leadership in the execution of contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and facility personnel.
• Review construction schedules, design documents, drawings, and submittals for contract conformance.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Identify construction issues and field conditions; support development of practical solutions.
