Job summary

Blair Commercial Painting, LLC in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial painting projects for new construction and developments. This role is office-based with regular field visits, coordinating with contractors, owners, and crews to keep projects on time and on budget.

You’ll develop detailed plans, monitor costs, provide client updates, and enforce safety and quality standards while using Blair’s software tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and jobsite logistics
• Clear, professional communication with clients, crews and partners
• Experience with project management/documentation tools is a plus
• Willingness to walk job sites and work in active construction environments

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and subcontractors
• Serve as primary client contact on projects
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations
• Monitor hours, material costs, and equipment expenses
• Track project performance and profitability
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to hit deadlines
• Ensure adherence to specifications, safety standards, and Blair quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify quality and scope
• Identify issues early and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Use Blair's software tools to keep data updated
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety requirements
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
