Position Summary

To support construction project activities by coordinating administrative and operational efforts, ensuring alignment with project goals, compliance standards, and established procedures. To contribute to efficient project execution through oversight, technical support, and effective communication, while addressing a range of project‑related needs and adapting to evolving priorities

Essential Accountabilities

• Coordinates administrative, logistical activities in support of on‑going construction project(s) or major sub‑component(s) thereof.
• Inspects job sites and reviews work for compliance with documents, progress of work, potential, or actual delays, and submit reports accordingly.
• Provides specific technical support; offers effective management and leadership duties and carries out established project objectives and directives.
• Work often consists of handling varied technical and/or administrative tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay Range

$65,875 - $90,000

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement

MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Driving record must meet University underwriting guidelines, including:

• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Minimum age of 21
• At least three years of driving experience
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
