Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd seeks a Field Project Manager for steel and heavy construction projects across the United States. You will start by learning from the home office and then assume field responsibility for delivery, budgets, schedules, crane planning, field teams, safety and quality.

The path shows progression to Senior PM and Operations Manager as you take on larger projects and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field projects in industrial, steel, or heavy construction environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Crane planning and site safety stewardship experience.
