Job summary

Will oversee projects from initiation to completion ensuring all project objectives, timelines and budgets are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Manage and oversee large, technically complex projects involving data centers.
• Review and interpret tech specs, surveying, drafting data and drawings.
• Be intimately involved in scoping, risk assessment and pricing of all remediation projects, assuring proper margin is quoted. Prepare all related required reports.
• Enforce the policies and procedures as it relates to Health & Safety as measured by the district's health and safety record; resolves issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial, Construction Management, PMP, Environmental Sciences or related experience required.
• 5-7 years' relevant experience. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to travel 75%.
