Job summary

Cordoba Corporation seeks a Project Engineer to assist the Construction Manager with daily management, reporting, communications, and document control on assigned projects. The role requires field experience, strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of design and construction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of recent professional experience in project or construction.
• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Supports Construction Manager with technical, clerical and field tasks.
• Coordinates with district staff, contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors and consultants.
• Participates in design or construction meetings and prepares reports.
• Performs field checks to ensure compliance with plans and DS A requirements.
• Maintains project files, submittals, RFI responses, and meeting minutes.
• Reviews invoices, change orders, and tracks costs and schedules.
• Assists with quality control, closeout, and commissioning activities.
