Qualifications

• 3+ years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization.
• OSHA 10-hour certified required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute all project information.
• Ensure status reports on RFIs and submittals are prepared.
• Develop industry relationships and expand professional networks.

Skills

Proven record of meeting organizational goals

Strong written and verbal skills

Ability to work in a team-based environment

Efficient in Microsoft Office programs

Basic MEP Knowledge

Education

BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
