Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Management or similar degree.
• At least 2 years of applicable construction experience preferred.
• Experience with construction software platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with change management process tracking and mitigating all cost liabilities.
• Assist Project Manager with constructing project budget and forecasting.
• Manage submittal process to ensure conformance to contract documents and timely procurement of materials.
• Assist project team with shop drawing and submittal review and with development of schedule and closeout tasks.
