Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily corporate documentation is completed and up to date.
• Coordinate and attend RKMI in-house pre-construction meetings.
• Ensure permits and licenses are obtained and current for project.
• Coordinate timely completion of material and equipment buy-out with purchasing.
• Collaborate to ensure take-offs are complete, accurate and on time.
• Manage project as-built drawings and change orders administration.
• Collaborate on CPM schedule development with Field Manager and PM.
• Coordinate ordering, processing, and delivery of materials with vendors.
