Job summary

Primary Talent Partners has a contract opening for a Project Controls Specialist - Quantity Surveyor in Cayuga, Indiana. This is a 12-month, full-time onsite W2 role focusing on validating construction progress, tracking quantities, forecasting, and reporting performance for a major power project.

The ideal candidate brings EPC project controls experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with Primavera P6, and the ability to coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate progress measurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quantity tracking and progress measurement systems.
• Validate contractor quantity reporting and earned progress.
• Verify installed quantities via field walkdowns and contractor coordination.
• Validate reported progress against actual construction status.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve quantity and progress reporting discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports.
