Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Project Consultant in Nebraska to inspect homes, present restoration solutions, and guide customers from inspection to completion.

You will build relationships, schedule residential inspections, and create detailed project estimates while delivering outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, competitive, and professional, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
