Job summary

HKA Enterprises is seeking a Field Quantity/Progress Analyst to track installed quantities and monitor construction progress on assigned scopes. You will collect data from contractors and field teams, verify against field conditions, and report variances to the project team.

The role requires 3–7 years in construction or project controls, strong Excel skills, and willingness to travel across the U.S. You will work in a field/site-based environment with emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 3–7 years in construction, field engineering, quantity tracking, progress measurement, or project controls.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contractor documentation.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain installed quantities and progress across assigned work scopes.
• Collect daily and weekly quantity information from contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Verify reported quantities against field conditions and documentation.
• Compare planned vs. actual progress and identify variances.
• Monitor progress by discipline, area, work package, contractor, and activity.
