The role collaborates with Activation, Field Operations, Brand, Sales, warehouse partners, vendors, and field teams to manage the end-to-end lifecycle from planning to post‑event reporting. It requires travel up to 75% and adaptability to fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large activations.
• 3+ years as primary production/operational lead for complex programs.
• Experience scoping, budgeting, production, execution, breakdown, and reporting.
• Experience leading crews, vendors, drivers, warehouses, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, and national events.
• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, packing lists, and readiness checklists.
• Assess venue requirements including access, refrigeration, power, and safety.
• Oversee load-in, setup, operations, breakdown, and load-out.
• Serve as the onsite production lead resolving safety, timing, budget, and experience issues.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment, and assets between warehouses, markets, and events.
• Manage carriers, schedules, tracking, refrigerated transport, and venue needs.
• Maintain cold-chain, storage, replenishment, rotation, and disposition.
• Standardize packing, labeling, and event-kit processes; inspect assets for readiness.
• Develop budgets across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor, and travel.
