Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to lead the planning, logistics, and live execution of consumer sampling programs and brand experiences across the United States. This hands-on role collaborates with Activation, Field Operations, Brand, Sales, warehousing, vendors, and field teams to manage the full activation lifecycle from planning to post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large-scale consumer activation.
• At least three years as primary production or operational lead for complex programs.
• Experience managing activations from scoping and budgeting through production, execution, breakdown and reporting.
• Experience leading production crews, vendors, drivers, warehouse partners and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, retail activations, and national events.
• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists and readiness checklists.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment, and branded assets between warehouses, markets and events.
• Manage carriers, drivers, delivery schedules, shipment tracking and refrigerated transportation.
• Maintain cold-chain integrity and oversee inventory, rotation and disposition.
• Partner with field teams to receive, store, stage, deploy and return activation materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records and standardize packing, labeling and check-in/out.
• Inspect equipment and assets, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and deployment readiness.
• Develop budgets across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor and travel; negotiate rates.
