Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to lead nationwide consumer activations and brand experiences. You will manage planning, logistics, warehousing, setup, execution, and post‑event reporting across the eastern and western markets.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the activation calendar. You will coordinate production plans, vendor teams, and field staff to ensure premium execution while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experiential production, mobile marketing, or large‑scale consumer activation.
• Three+ years as primary production or operational lead for complex programs.
• Experience leading crews, vendors, and field teams across activation lifecycles.
• Strong project management, financial, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, and national events.
• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists, and checklists.
• Assess venue requirements including access, storage, refrigeration, power, and security.
• Oversee load‑in, operations, breakdown, and load‑out for premium brand execution.
• Serve as the primary onsite production lead, resolving safety, timing, budget, and quality issues.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, and branded assets between warehouses, markets, and events.
• Manage carriers, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and refrigerated transportation.
• Maintain cold‑chain integrity and oversee inventory, replenishment, rotation, and disposition.
• Reconcile product, equipment, supplies, shrink, and waste after each activation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset records, including location and maintenance needs.
