Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to bring best-in-class consumer activations to life across the United States. You will oversee planning, load-in, on-site execution, and post-event reporting, coordinating with activation teams, warehouses, and vendors.

The role demands extensive travel, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and requires strong leadership in fast-paced field environments. Applicants should have a proven track record in experiential production, supply chain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large-scale consumer activation.
• At least three years of experience serving as the primary production or operational lead for complex programs.
• Experience managing activations from initial scoping and budgeting through production, execution, breakdown, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience leading production crews, vendors, drivers, warehouse partners, field teams, and concurrent operational workstreams.
• Experience with refrigerated products, cold-chain logistics, food safety, and third-party warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with DOT requirements, inventory systems, asset-management programs, and SOPs.
• Food-handler, ServSafe, first-aid, DOT, or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists, and readiness checklists; oversee load-in, setup, operations, breakdown, and load-out.
• Serve as the primary onsite production lead, resolving safety, timing, budget, product quality, and consumer experience issues.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment, and branded assets between warehouses, markets, and events; manage carriers, drivers, and shipments.
• Maintain cold-chain integrity; oversee product handling, storage, replenishment, rotation, and disposition; reconcile inventory after activations.
• Partner with field teams to receive, store, deploy, and return activation materials; standardize packing, labeling, and asset tracking.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, transportation, venue, health, and company requirements; develop contingency plans for weather, incidents, and equipment issues.
• Develop and manage budgets across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor, and travel; manage vendor scopes and performance.
• Work with managers to identify cost efficiencies and ensure quality, safety, service, and timely delivery.
