Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking an Area Field Production Advisor for Eloy, AZ, to execute field production crop plans and optimize operations. You will work with field teams, growers, and service providers to ensure timely execution and high-quality seed production through disciplined processes.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and readiness for travel. Relocation is possible within the Eloy, AZ area, with salary in the disclosed range and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License; Driving record reviewed per company risk guidelines.
• Willing to work days, weekends, and overtime as needed; up to 25% travel during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Production Missions to plan and coordinate all operational field activities.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of production plans aligned with mission objectives.
• Provide support for all crops within the field production region.
• Build strong relationships with growers and field service providers to understand needs.
• Monitor field activities including planting, pesticide applications, and harvest; map fields and supervise rouging.
• Implement best practices to improve production of reliable quality seed while meeting yield targets.
• Optimize resource allocation for field production including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Streamline field production processes to enhance efficiency through Operational Discipline.
• Champion quality control measures in field production and ensure adherence to standards.
• Analyze operational data to track performance and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with Agronomists and Field Operational Specialists to align strategies.
• Support end-to-end financial processes related to field production, including grower accounting and invoicing.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Operations Management, or related field
