Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Production Foreman to lead field crews and manage shift operations. You will ensure accuracy in daily project entries, timecards, equipment hours, and diary notes while inspecting work with GPS where needed.

Focus on safety, efficiency, and equipment preservation, with substantial field presence to oversee production activities. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to TMG processes, and coordination with the Superintendent and Project Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews in production environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for shift coordination.
• Ability to follow documented processes and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew, shift, or specific task.
• Submit daily timecards including employee time, equipment hours, and billable quantities.
• Include detailed notes in the project diary submission.
• Check grade with GPS unit to verify work when no Project Engineer present.
• Promote site safety, efficiency, and minimize equipment wear or damage.
• Spend 50%+ of time in the field monitoring production activities.
