Job summary

RC Mowers is seeking a Product Specialist to own a product line across Texas, based in Houston or Dallas–Fort Worth. This field role focuses on prospecting, demonstrating RC Mowers, and building relationships with municipalities, DOTs, contractors, and commercial operators.

You will travel to customer sites, become the product expert for the dealer's sales team, assist with quoting and configuring machines, and participate in trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial equipment or related markets.
• Mechanically inclined and able to learn equipment operation.
• Proven ability to prospect, build a sales pipeline, and advance opportunities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to demo products and persuade customers.
• Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing own schedule and territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory with overnight stays.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop leads across municipal, DOT, contractor, and commercial markets in Texas.
• Travel to customer sites to demonstrate RC Mowers in real conditions.
• Serve as the product expert for dealer sales teams and support quoting/configuring.
• Attend trade shows and industry events as a RC Mowers representative.
• Monitor competitive landscape and share insights with the sales team.
• Develop case studies with successful customers for marketing.
