Apex Service Partners is seeking a Market Area Procurement Specialist to act as the local execution arm of Regional Procurement in the Southeast. You will work with suppliers, warehouse teams, and field operations to improve purchasing discipline, inventory health, and cost efficiency.

The role requires 30–40% travel and field presence to translate regional procurement strategies into local execution. A strong background in procurement, data analysis, and supplier negotiations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, inventory, or related field.
• Ability to analyze spend, pricing, inventory, and data to drive action.
• Strong supplier-management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Coupa, ServiceTitan, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build supplier relationships and ensure pricing, service levels, and programs are followed.
• Lead inventory reviews, ABC analysis, cycle counts, min/max, stockouts, and obsolete stock.
• Drive procurement programs, vendor selection, purchase-order discipline, and Coupa adoption.
• Support M&A integration, supplier conversion, and savings opportunity tracking.
