Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a skilled field maintenance technician to support Hahnville site process analyzers and related systems.

The role requires mechanical aptitude and experience with chemical process equipment, and includes on-call after-hours work to ensure reliability and safety across Operations facilities. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in chemical plant operations, and dual craft in instrumentation or electrical trades.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of operations experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
• Dual crafted or willing to obtain in instrumentation or electrician.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
• U.S. work authorization with no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Field maintenance repair focusing on chemical process equipment.
• Able to climb stairs, ladders and access remote plant areas.
• Base 40-hour schedule with mandatory overtime including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Respond to after-hours call outs and plant emergencies.
• Abide by Dow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
