Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop pre-construction plans and proposals.
• Create crane layouts, special erection means and methods.
• Review bid documents for risk and field requirements.
• Attend pre-bids and post-bid interviews.

Skills

Knowledge of customary construction terminology

Basic mathematics skills

Ability to read and interpret technical documents

Knowledge of steel estimating systems

Knowledge of AISC & AWS erection codes

Education
