Job summary

POWERX seeks a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects across the United States and Canada, ensuring safety, compliance, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will coordinate equipment and personnel, monitor progress, and report findings to leadership.

The role requires 1–3 years of PM experience, a relevant degree, and a PM certificate preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working at project sites and supporting a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, trade or technical school certificate/diploma, or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Any project management certificate preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant project management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they run smoothly and comply with safety and legal requirements.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the project to monitor budget, progress, and deliverables.
• Select and track the type of equipment needed on the project.
• Select and track the employees needed on the project and monitor their conduct.
• Establish risk factors and develop mitigation strategies.
• Eliminate any identified risk factors to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with customers, operations, and project teams.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports in a timely manner.
• Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization's goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
