Ideal candidates have 2+ years of plumbing experience, CMMS familiarity, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing, facilities maintenance, or related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, drainage, and troubleshooting (commercial preferred).
• Experience using a CMMS or work order management system.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Trade school or technical certification in plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and store equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Respond to internal service requests through the CMMS and perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and fixtures.
• Identify and resolve plumbing issues by inspecting, testing, and diagnosing systems across all operational areas of the store.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA and plumbing codes for safety.
