Job summary

TOTO USA is seeking a Plumbing Technician & Support Professional to repair Washlets, Neorest, and other TOTO products in the field across USA/Canada. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, and assist showroom inquiries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in mechanical repair, strong math skills, and proficiency with Windows/office tools. Travel and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with at least 3 years mechanically related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend SOP/SIP/WO instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to read schematics.
• Proficiency in Windows and related programs; use of tablets/phones in service.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing Technician & Support Professional performs repairs on Washlets, Neorest, or any TOTO products in the field.
• Call Center / Handles inbound customer calls, follow ups, scheduling, troubleshooting.
• Handles Tech Service email queues / chat queues as needed.
• Showroom visiting, building relationships, responding to inquiries.
• Must be able to travel for inspections/repairs in USA/Canada.
• Follow SOPs/SIPs and Work Orders.
• Maintain inventory and perform quality checks.
• Adhere to safety, 5S and ISO-related activities.
