This role targets experienced plumbers who understand system performance and can clearly recommend appropriate fixes, while noting that this position does not include selling preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• Three years of field trade experience required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify system issues and recommend practical, cost-effective plumbing solutions.
• Coordinate with facility managers, maintenance supervisors, and ownership groups to propose fixes.
• Note: does not include selling preventive maintenance agreements.
