Job summary

PLUMBER-NorCAL in Fremont, CA seeks a full-time Plumber to install, repair and maintain plumbing systems for multifamily projects. You will read blueprints, follow UPC codes, and work with a team to meet production deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman’s license or equivalent, 4 years multifamily experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This on-site role reports to the Foreman and supports the field crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and follow plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures according to codes.
• Inspect and locate leaks using pressure testing and gauges.
• Review blueprints and building codes to plan work.
• Coordinate with foreman and apprentices on installations.
• Install plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems and diagnose issues.
