Job summary

Plains is seeking a Pipeline / Terminal Operator I in Corpus Christi, TX. The role operates and maintains pipeline facilities and terminals, including tanks, LACTs, and gathering assets, ensuring safe transport and storage of crude oil and refined products.

This field-based position requires working outdoors in heat/cold, with safety gear, and may be called out for emergency operations. You will perform inspections, monitor readings, conduct product movements, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains pipeline/terminal facilities including tanks and LACT systems.
• Performs inspections, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• Executes product movements and custody transfer activities.
• Maintains records and reports on readings, balances, and activities.
• Responds to abnormal conditions and emergency events.
