Job summary

Infinity Natural Resources in Morgantown, WV, is seeking a Pipeline Operator for our Midstream team. The role covers daily field operations, maintenance, safety compliance, and troubleshooting of pipeline systems across Southwestern Ohio.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years in oil and gas pipeline operations or midstream field environments.
• Solid knowledge of midstream pipelines, valves, regulators and measurement equipment.
• Deep understanding of pipeline safety practices and PHMSA/DOT criteria for safety-sensitive duties.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol/safety verification for the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pipeline systems to ensure efficient transport of oil and gas products.
• Conduct field inspections of rights-of-way, facilities and equipment for leaks or integrity issues; perform pigging and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues with valves, pumps, meters, and control systems.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions to mitigate risks and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate operating logs, inspection records and maintenance documentation for compliance.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
