Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. seeks a Field Insulator to install pipe insulation and jacketing on active construction sites, improving energy efficiency and meeting technical specifications.

The role requires at least 2 years of industrial insulation experience, ability to travel on 10-day tours with 10–12 hour shifts, and the stamina to work in extreme temperatures wearing full PPE. Competitive salary and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial pipe insulation.
• Ability to read insulation schematics and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with aluminum and PVC jacketing installation.
• Must be able to travel extensively on 10-day tours with long shifts.

Responsabilités

• Measure, cut, and install pipe insulation for various piping sizes and systems.
• Apply vapor barriers, vapor dams, and secure jacketing (aluminum or PVC).
• Operate tools such as bending brakes, band saws, and banding tools.
• Fabricate insulation kits for valves, fittings, and rotating equipment.
• Follow installation drawings, specifications, and site safety requirements.
