Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Physician Liaison to drive client growth through in-person relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners. This field-based role travels locally to meet healthcare professionals and office managers to generate referrals for children with autism who may benefit from ABA services.

The liaison works with local leadership to execute grassroots marketing strategies, strengthen referral pipelines, and support center openings across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related field.
• 3-5 years in a multi-location marketing environment.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources through in-person visits.
• Develop referral partnerships with pediatricians, psychologists, therapists, schools, and community organizations.
• Execute local grassroots marketing initiatives to increase awareness of ABA services.
• Identify opportunities to grow referral networks and expand market presence.
• Travel locally to assigned markets to support centers and engage providers and community stakeholders.
• Track referral activity and analyze performance data to improve outreach efforts.
• Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities in Salesforce.
