Job summary

Coffee Memorial Blood Center Inc in Tulsa seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead from the front, coach the team, and ensure safe, welcoming blood drives. You’ll travel to multiple drives, perform phlebotomy, and uphold SOPs while delivering outstanding donor service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to drive coach vehicles.
• Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations.
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.

• Travel to different blood drive locations and enjoy a workday that is rarely the same twice.
