Job summary

The Bug Master is seeking a Technician to deliver high-quality pest control services across assigned routes in Austin, TX. You will act as the primary contact for customers in the field, ensuring treatments follow label requirements, are completed on schedule, and aligned with company standards.

You will focus on reducing callbacks, maintaining safe work areas, documenting service details in real time, and building long-term relationships through clear communication and trustworthy service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer-facing or service-related experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean record and willingness to obtain licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned route daily and minimize missed stops.
• Perform pest control treatments per label, company standards, and defined scope.
• Educate customers on pest issues, treatments, and prevention to build trust.
• Achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining service quality.
• Document service details and recommendations in real time; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe vehicle and equipment; follow safety protocols.
