Bug House Pest Control is hiring Pest Control Service Professionals to serve customers on the road in Greensboro, NC. You will protect homes and businesses from pests, deliver exceptional service, and represent a trusted local brand.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you will join a supportive team. The role offers hourly pay plus production, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No previous experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your service route with daily operations and time management.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed.
• Work with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment and vehicles.
