You will develop customized plans, apply IPM techniques, and maintain meticulous service records, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards. The role offers growth, on-site field work, and training with company-provided tools and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state pest control licenses and certifications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control inspections, treatments, and prevention services at commercial properties.
• Identify pest activity, entry points, harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on customer needs and site conditions.
• Apply pest control products and IPM techniques per company standards and regulations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records using company-provided technology.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with outstanding service.
• Ensure company vehicle and equipment are maintained in a clean, professional condition.
• Comply with safety policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
