Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins, is hiring in Indiana to support our commercial pest management services. You will conduct inspections of customer facilities, develop practical treatment solutions, and perform treatments while maintaining detailed records and professional client relations.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.
