Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Inspector to perform residential inspections, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions in the field. This is not a desk job; you’ll stay active, meet customers, and build a rewarding career with a fast-growing national company.

You will generate new business through customer interactions and referrals, manage your schedule, and work with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers
• Identify pest activity and risk factors around homes
• Access attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas when needed
• Educate homeowners and recommend treatment solutions
• Generate new business opportunities through customer interactions and referrals
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Manage your schedule and follow-up activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• You will have monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals
