Job summary

Saela is seeking a Pest Control Inspector to conduct in-home inspections, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect homes and families. This is a field role with frequent customer interaction and growth potential in a fast-growing pest control company.

You will spend your days in the field visiting residential properties, accessing attics and crawl spaces when needed, and building lasting relationships while contributing to sales goals with support from the

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in pest control or related field is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers.
• Identify pest activity and risk factors around homes.
• Access attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas when needed.
• Educate homeowners and recommend treatment solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through customer interactions and referrals.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage your schedule and follow-up activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
