Job summary

Saela is seeking a Pest Control Inspector to perform residential inspections, educate homeowners, and drive sales in a field-based role across the Centennial area. You will develop relationships, protect homes, and contribute to a high-growth company.

In this hands-on position, expect daily field work, customer engagement, and ongoing training with uncapped commissions and bonuses as you meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers.
• Identify pest activity and risk factors around homes.
• Access attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas when needed.
• Educate homeowners and recommend treatment solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through customer interactions and referrals.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage your schedule and follow-up activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• You will have monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.
