Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience advising dealerships or in automotive technical service.
• Ability to travel domestically (61-80%) with 50% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and in-dealership technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot and solve final repair attempt situations.
• Manage dealership technical training requirements.
• Provide dealership consultation on service agreements and facility inspections.
