Sqwad is launching in Tyler, TX and seeks Field Representatives to secure prime business locations. This freelance role pays per day and per shop activations with no cap on earnings, requiring in-person outreach and signing partnership agreements.

You’ll operate as an independent contractor in your own territory with flexible hours. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, street-smart, and comfortable engaging business owners.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-driven individuals who thrive in the field.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and in person.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive in territory management.
• Fluency in English and clear, professional interactions.
• Registered freelancer (1099) status required.
• Must be located in Tyler, Texas.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.
• Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity with no selling involved.
• Speaking with business owners and decision-makers directly.
• Securing signed partnership agreements with partners.
• Building early market presence by locking in key locations.
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools.
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team.
