Role Overview

As Field Partner Account Manager for ServiceNow at Boomi, you will drive revenue and market adoption through our ServiceNow partnership. This strategic role involves building alliances at the field level, focusing on pipeline and revenue growth. You will collaborate with our Global ServiceNow Partner Account Manager and Field Channel team to execute go-market plans, promote our partnership within ecosystems, and develop a strong pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities. You will also work with leaders across functions to meet pipeline and revenue targets. This position is based in North America with travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with ServiceNow, a key strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow to map territories and drive co-sell initiatives.
  • Work with Boomi SI partners to develop go-to-market plans and sales strategies.
  • Build relationships with Boomi and partner sales teams.
  • Manage co-sell processes, nurture partner relationships, and grow partner attachment rates.
  • Handle sales reporting, CRM data hygiene, and referrals.
  • Coordinate internal enablement around the ServiceNow partnership.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies, including events and campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance metrics for growth.
Required Experience
  • 5-7 years in a relationship sales role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with software and consulting services.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, CRM, Customer Service, or ERP products.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to meet sales and partner needs.
